We are a homemade company with strong backing! Our overall goal is to make sure that your beauty needs are met at all times.  All orders are specially made to fit your needs. If you are not satisfied then we have not met our goal. All products that are unopened and not damaged are eligible for a partial refund up to 7 business days after the product is received.  If you have any issues with your product please e-mail us immediately...DO NOT HESITATE!  If the product was damaged during shipping contact us and send the product back within 7 business days and you will be eligible for an exchange or store credit of equal or lessor value.  You have the option to pay for expedited shipping however, every order has processing time that varies depending on the item ordered.  We also offer gift wrapping just specify in your order notes the event in which the gift is intended.  If there are any other special needs when your order is placed you can always e-mails us and place your order number in the subject box to let us know how we can make your shopping experience better.
